Ranks and Names

 

Code Names:

Like any well managed tactical team Airsoft or Not, we use a ranking system and a code name system (code name system is only for large national or local team tournaments). Sometimes at large tournaments they will have a team name and a suffix for each member. Now the names are chosen by you and your name is the name of a state and then once you have chosen a state you can creat a suffix for you own name.

 

EXAMPLE:

Large National Tournament- Our team is designated team Alpha, my code name is Alpha 1, his code name is Alpha 2 

 

Team Planned Tournament- Our team is the Urban Cohorts, my code name is Cali (California) 

 

Ranks: So you are probably thinking "Oh I am apart of the team that makes me a Urban Cohort". It does, but that does not mean you have the rank of a Urban Cohort. There are 6 ranks and 4 positions that you can be. This is the order and the positions you can be on the team.
